Through research with our members, Donegal Women in Business Network, identified that a continuous theme was pricing. Businesses were concerned that they were not charging enough for their product or service, or losing out on business because their pricing structure was not competitive. This, along with other areas of Financial management, was becoming a concern.
Now, in association with Donegal Local Enterprise Office, we are delighted to bring you the first of our 4 seminars “Achieving YOUR Financial Goals”. Moira Creedon CEO, of Artemis Consulting, and consultant and lecturer in Strategic Finance, will help you navigate the financial pathway and share how to make your finances work for you.
Much of Moira’s career has been spent helping big companies work more effectively by improving communication between finance teams and the rest of the organisation, and smaller companies to get the right financial management structures up and running quickly and cost effectively without swamping the entrepreneur in paperwork and bureaucracy.
Moira works with a wide range of SME clients, mainly companies in growth and innovation mode who require investment to fuel that growth, and need to strengthen financial management to ensure that the risks are well managed and that the growth can be funded in an optimal way.
Moira will be joined by a panel of local Donegal business owners who will share their personal insights. Sian McCann is the owner of Wild Fushia Bakehouse, an artisan producer of award winning bread mixes. Feena McBride is the founder of The Arty Fox, a Donegal based company that provides high quality arts sets for children aged 3-12. Clare McDonough is co-owner of La Maison. Since 2005, La Maison has grown from a luxury gift and home store to an Interior Design Studio, with a comprehensive Fabric Library and a curtain manufacturing workshop.
This will be an interactive and engaging workshop.
