    Founded by Aoibhín O’Dea, Tír Bakehouse was created to help cafés and hospitality businesses offer fresh, homely, oven-baked goods without the time, space, or skills typically required. Our range of frozen, oven-ready bakes allows operators to bake on demand, reduce waste, and maintain consistency — even during busy periods.

    Produced in Gaoth Dobhair and supplied across the county, Tír Bakehouse combines heritage recipes, quality ingredients, and thoughtful processes to make great baking feel simple, reliable, and accessible for foodservice operators.
