What is Life Coaching and how can it help you?
If you are feeling a bit stuck and there are things in your life that are causing you suffering and stress, then life coaching may be for you. All you need is to be willing and open to the possibility of positive change. You might think you should be able to do the work yourself, but the support of a life coach can be the difference between wanting to change and actually taking that first important step.

Coaching sessions are one-to-one, usually an hour long, and can be conducted online or in person. It is a safe, welcoming space where you can be fully heard. Together, we will work to help you move forward and create a happier and more fulfilling life.
