Anne Conlon, Founder of All About Sales, delivers high-performance sales and talent development training and coaching across Ireland.  She has worked with large companies like Portwest, Bank of Ireland, Renault, Spar, Mace, Guinness Storehouse and Vodafone.  She has lectured at ATU, DKIT and Munster Technological University.  Anne has also been part of the validations team at ATU for Academic courses ranging from levels 7 to 9 across business and technologies faculties since 2021.

Anne has three decades of experience working in print media (Irish Independent News & Media Group), wholesale (BWG Foods T/A Value Centre), and business-to-business sales in senior management roles and combined this experience 14 years ago to form All About Sales.

She has also trained over 14,000 salespeople and partnered with over 2,500 Sales Managers/Directors through sales mentoring. Over 4,500 staff have also been trained in soft skills such as time management, presentation, confidence building and motivation. 

Anne firmly believes in empowerment, talent development, and confidence-building. She is extremely passionate about business and wants people to leave her workshops with a realistic plan for their sales target for the year, the confidence to have the sales conversation and practice closing the deal.

As well as being a qualified coach and mentor, Anne holds an Honours Degree in Training and Education, a Master's in Adult Learning in Development, and a Master of Science in Digital Media and Marketing.
