I’m a wellbeing coach and I help people who are carrying the stress of everyday life. I help them learn skills so they can connect with themselves and access a sense of inner peace. When they work with me they calm their nervous system through meditation, mindfulness and breathwork so they can release the stress of everyday life and become a more calm and content version of themselves.
I offer the 'One Good Hour' for individuals or groups online and in person.
