Ireland by Bike: Located in Carrick, at the foot of Sliabh Liag, Ireland by Bike was founded eleven years ago by my husband Seamus Gallagher and myself.
We provide E-BIKE RENTAL and REGULAR BIKE RENTAL.
We also run SELF-GUIDED CYCLING AND WALKING HOLIDAYS.
The length of the holidays we offer range from 5 days/4 nights to longer holidays of 10 days/9 nights - and we have lots of in-between options.
Most of the holidays are located in County Donegal, e.g.: "Donegal Coastal Treasures Bike Tour", "Highlights of Donegal Bike Tour", "Backroads and Beyond Cycling and Hiking Tour". We also run a cycling holiday in Sligo (Yeats Country and Lakelands Bike Tour) and in Northern Ireland (Causeway Coast Bike Tour.)
Our most popular tours are 7 - 10 days long, however we also offer shorter breaks. Our tours come as a package, which include the provision of bikes (either our high quality hybrid bikes or our e-bikes), nightly accommodation in local B&B's and small hotels, daily luggage transfers and 24 hour support. Also included is extensive pre-tour consultation, provision of detailed navigation tools, comprehensive guide notes, etc.
Our clients come from all over the world and over the years we've been delighted that quite a lot of customers return to do a another tour with us.
Donegal E-Bikes. In 2020, we launched a new business - Donegal E-Bikes. This is a retail business specialising in the sale of high-quality electric bikes.
