Angel's Cove at Donegal Mindfulness

An Holistic Therapy service located in the Base Stranorlar and Main Street Donegal Town. Angel's Cove is a warm, welcoming and confidential place where you can avail of the many services Mary provides. Mary, a Mental Health professional for over 35 years, became very ill in 2010 and as a result her career as a MH professional came to an end. Spending 5 days on life support gave Mary the realisation that life is so very very precious and every day is a Blessing. In 2012 after a long slow recovery Mary retrained as a Mindfulness Meditaion & Positive Psychology teacher. She then added a Dip in CBT and a Certificate in Mindful Eating. She subsequently trained to Level 4 in Reflexology and Level 2 Reiki. She is also a Foot Reader and offers Angel Card Readings.
Mary blends all of her trainings and her personal life experiences, combining a unique package tailored to the individual needs of her clients
Mary divides her working week between Stranorlar and Donegal Town. As the title of her buisness suggests Mary is a firm believer in the body being able to heal itself with Energy and intent.
