Lyndsey Reynolds is a certified Mediator, qualified Conflict Coach and experienced Project Manager based in Donegal but working throughout Ireland and online. She works with individuals, families and business to look at problems from new perspectives and find positive ways forward. As well as her private work, she is a volunteer with both Dublin Community Mediation and Treoir, where she helps families navigate shared parenting through conflict coaching and mediation.
Lyndsey Reynolds will show you how applying the theme of Reflect – Reset – Renew to the conflicts in your life and businesses can help you view them from different perspectives. She will give you some tips and techniques to help you address these conflicts as well as taking you through some pointers to prepare for difficult conversations. You will take away some practical skills that you can apply to tensions in all areas of life and hopefully view your conflicts in a new light!

Key to this conscious driven initiative is stakeholder collaboration and it blends her skills and expertise in sustainable tourism and wellbeing. Aíne also loves to work with your greatest investment in life – you. Based on the clients needs, Aíne uses wellness modalities including Hypno-therapy, Coaching and Clendinning. Aíne recently completed Ambition, the pre-accelerator programme of LEO Donegal and is delighted to work from the wonderful environment of the DigiHub at The BASE after being chosen as runner up for their Start – Up Incubator Programme.
