Donegal Women in Business Network are delighted to join with Donegal Local Enterprise Office to bring you the 3rd in our series of four events aimed at supporting women in business.
Our “Grow with Confidence” event is planned with you in mind. Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Harvey’s Point Hotel to get top tips on how to grow and develop your business with confidence. You will hear from the experts about setting business goals, how to confidently grow your business and understand what it takes to develop the mindset to achieve your dreams.
Cathy Kelly Sweeney will share her knowledge on the importance of goal setting – why you do what you do and what your vision is for your business. Cathy is a Marketing Consultant and Executive Coach with a passion for business and leadership development. She believes that at the heart of successful businesses are empowered leaders who are passionate about what they do, results-driven, with an ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Karen Wall will talk about self-awareness, understanding emotional intelligence, reading others and the importance of listening. She will also talk about challenging our own thought processes and self-limiting beliefs and will finish with the value of developing our personal brand. Karen is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach and Learning Facilitator. Karen has led key ‘Women’s Initiatives’ programmes including the Triple FS mentoring programme for Financial Services, and has mentored on the 30% Club mentoring programme which aims to increase the number of females on boards.
We will also be joined by two successful Donegal based female entrepreneurs, Maria Rushe of Rushe Fitness and Annette Houston of FM Services Group. Maria and Annette will give us practical insights in setting up their own businesses and the journey it has taken them on.
After the event, you will get the chance to network and meet with representatives from the Donegal Women in Business Network and Donegal Local Enterprise Office. They will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
