Donegal Women in Business Network in collaboration with Donegal Local Enterprise Office, are delighted to invite you to our event “Building Firm Foundations” which will focus on the importance of firm foundations for personal and business growth.
It’s not easy to juggle everything – business, finances and family commitments. The key is to build strong foundations and then you can look at opportunities to collaborate with others to create a resilient personal and business life. This is an honest look at how to deal with life’s changes, and what role your personal life can play in your business success.
We will be joined by Louize Carroll who will share her insights on how to prioritise what is important to us, and how to identify potential areas of change.
Keynote speaker – Louize Carroll
Louize Carroll is a Consultant Psychologist and chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland having qualified with a Master’s Degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from UCD. Louize is co-founder of Prism Therapy Online and The Blink Effect. She is a regular contributor to “Where is My Mind” podcast with Niall Breslin and the spin off show from that , “The Therapy Room” in collaboration with Dr Tony Bates while writing regularly with the Business Post alongside being bass player with The Blizzards. Louize will take us through the importance of firm foundations to assist in the challenge of managing business.
This will be followed by a panel discussion, where we get the opportunity to hear the experiences of local women in business.
