The Donegal Women in Business Network is all about networking and supporting all women in the county with an interest in business.
As a networking group we welcome the opportunity to work with organisations and members throughout the county of Donegal and today we are delighted to announce the collaboration of The BASE Enterprise Centre in Stranorlar as the new “physical” base for Donegal Women in Business Network.
Leah Fairman, who is a Committee Member and also the Manager of The BASE Enterprise Centre, will be co-hosting the very first business Networking Coffee Morning, with her team, and and the Donegal Women in Business Network on Wednesday, 26th April from 10am to 11.30am, and AIB Ballybofey has kindly offered to sponsor this event #backedbyAIB
EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Take time out to meet and network, share ideas and suggestions…
We are not competing to win the race, we are supporting each other to get over the line.
We share information that will help other women by posting referrals on social media, and we admit that being in business is not always easy.
We are honest that on any given day we feel guilty, or under pressure by juggling life while trying to succeed at what we do, but as a member of the Donegal Women in Business Network you can be assured of help and support from your fellow members.
We need you to join up and become a member because the more members we have, the stronger we become. All you need is to be interested in business.
You can come from any sector of the community, whether as an employee, a student, a new set up, or a director of an established company with a large work force – everyone is welcome.
If you are a mum at home, unemployed, have been made redundant and maybe thinking about setting up a business, PLEASE come along too as YOU are very welcome!!
Although you can sign up for membership online, The BASE can also facilitate anyone who wishes to call in and pay in cash for their membership in the Centre.
The Donegal Women in Business Network has a voluntary core committee, but ultimately it is YOUR group.
As a member of the Network you have a say as to how this group works and you can make a real difference to how women do business in Donegal. For example, we host social and networking events and we welcome you to get involved and host or attend these.
AND… as a member you have an opportunity to guest blog on this website!
